Rumor has it that Tiger Woods' ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, has plunked down a whopping $12 million for a sprawling 9,000 square foot estate in North Palm Beach, Florida. Conveniently for their custody arrangement, the house is only about 10 miles away from the lady loving golfer she used to be married to.
