Here's one way to stress test the new Google+ social network: start a video conference with Sergey Brin and let anyone try to get in.
Google Vice President Bradley Horowitz launched a Hangout--that's Google+ speak for video conference - at 5:44 pm PT today with Brin in attendance. Tunisian ex-president sentenced to 35 years in jail

A Tunisian court on Monday sentenced ousted president Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali and his wife, in absentia, to 35 years in jail each after finding them guilty of theft and unlawful possession of cash and jewellery.

Betty Fox, mother of Terry Fox, dies

VANCOUVER -- Betty Fox, the mother of one of Canada's most beloved heroes, who nurtured Terry Fox's legacy into one of international action and inspiration in the fight against cancer, has died.
