The last time Jose Bautista and Joey Votto crossed paths was in Arlington during the World Series, when they shared in the honour of receiving the Hank Aaron Award as the best offensive players in the American and National Leagues.
They spent a few hours together, traded some stories, enjoyed some laughs.
"He's a pretty cool dude," says Bautista.
