Chiefs skipper Mils Muliaina has confirmed he is likely to head to Japan at the end of the year to play his rugby.
But despite that indication and both confirmation and rumours of a number of others joining the overseas exodus, head coach Ian Foster rejects any suggestion of the distraction affecting his struggling Super Rugby team, which sits in last place in the New Zealand Conference and 11th overall.
