Celebrity news site TMZ.com is reporting that Lindsay Lohan’s peace offering of 36 gourmet cupcakes to the Los Angeles County Morgue was rebuffed at the door today by Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter, who told the site, “It’s unacceptable. We’re not here to accept food.”
