TORONTO – There are going to be times when the Toronto Blue Jays look very much like a work in progress, and Wednesday night was a reminder of that.
Brett Cecil took a step backwards by continually getting himself into trouble during an unsteady outing, while J.P. Arencibia helped stunt one of the offence’s few rallies with a baserunning blunder in a 6-2 loss to the more methodical New York Yankees.
