Thailand team manager Anucha Nakasai has boldy claimed that the South-East Asian nation is capable of upsetting Australia to reach the next qualifying round.
The Thais, currently 119th in the FIFA World Ranking, barely made the group stage with a narrow 3-2 aggregate win over Palestine, who are ranked 166th.
That didn’t stop team manager Anucha Nakasai from raising hopes of his nation’s progress in the World Cup qualification in a group with Australia, Saudi Arabia and Oman.
